We are seeking views on the associated guidance document for the new RIIO Gas Distribution (RIIO-GD3) crossover licence condition 3.32.
This guidance document will set out the scope of coverage of adjustments to allowances, the general principles for GD2/GD3 crossover adjustments, the approach to determining GD2/GD3 crossover adjustments and the process Ofgem will follow for making adjustments under the GD2/GD3 crossover mechanism.
This associated document is in addition to the associated documents consulted upon alongside the RIIO-3 licences.
