We are working hard to create a diverse workforce where everyone can flourish. For example, we are trialling blind recruitment and have invested in infrastructure that supports flexible working across all levels of staff.
Going forward, we want to do even better - both within Ofgem and across the wider sector. Our Diversity and Inclusion strategy below sets out how we plan to do this.
