W4B Renewable Energy Limited - Notice of grant of an electricity generation licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE

The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 06 September 2019 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to W4B Renewable Energy Limited (company number 06479668) whose registered office is situated at Gables Lodge, 62 Kenilworth Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 6JX, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
