NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 14 July 2017 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Utility Point UK Limited (company number 10544785) whose registered office is situated at 44 Highfield Road, Corfe Mullen, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 3PF, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
