NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 8 December 2014 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Universal Utilities Limited (company number 03667643) whose registered office is situated at Universal House, Longley Lane, Manchester, M22 4SY, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (attached).
