UKGas Supply Ltd - Notice of grant of an extension of a gas supply licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF AN EXTENSION OF A GAS SUPPLY LICENCE

The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”) that on 28 September 2018 an extension to a gas supply licence was granted under section 7A(4)(a) of the Act to UKGas Supply Ltd (company registration number 11229461) whose registered office is situated at C/O Gateley Plc, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU, United Kingdom authorising it to supply to any premises situated in Great Britain.
