Typical Domestic Consumption Values for gas and electricity

This letter presents our proposal to update the Typical Domestic Consumption Values (TDCVs) for gas and electricity in line with recent evidence of a sustained fall in domestic energy consumption. This letter also includes our proposal for the average peak/off-peak split for Economy 7 meters and additional information on the mean consumption values for Economy 7, Economy 10 and Teleswitched meters.
