NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 24 January 2018 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Toto Energy Ltd. (company number 09256482) whose registered office is situated at 1st Floor Locksview East Lockside, Brighton Marina Village, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 5HA, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
