Sunnica Limited - Notice of grant of an electricity generation licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE

The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 11 November 2020 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Sunnica Limited (company number 08826077) whose registered office is situated at 2 Crossways Business Centre, Bicester Road, Kingswood, Aylesbury, HP18 0RA, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
