NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 10 November 2020 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to SSE Thermal Generation (Scotland) Limited (company number SC664055) whose registered office is situated at Inveralmond House, 200 Dunkeld Road, Perth, Perthshire, PH1 3AQ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
