NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 12 February 2019 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Senapt Limited (company number 10508789) whose registered office is situated at Devonshire Business Centre, Devonshire House, Aviary Court, Wade Road, Basingstoke, RG24 8PE, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
