DECC consulted on proposals for the monitoring and enforcement of Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs) in GB. This letter is our response to the proposals and outlines how we would expect to use the proposed powers, to fulfil the requirements of (EC) No. 714/2009 and Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222.
