Notice under section 7B(9)(c) of the gas act 1986 of the grant of a gas shipper licence
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 11 October 2023 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Qube Master Fund Ltd (company number CR 359128) whose registered office is situated at Suite #7, Grand Pavilion Commercial Centre, 802 West Bay Road, Grand Cayman, PO Box 10250, CAYMAN ISLANDS, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
