Pencloe Wind Energy Limited - Notice of grant of an electricity generation licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE

The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 25 September 2014 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Pencloe Wind Energy Limited (company number SC398688) whose registered office is situated at C/o Burness, 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh, EH3 9WJ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1A (attached) for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises in the area specified in Schedule 1B.
