The Stakeholder Engagement Incentive (SEI), and Stakeholder Engagement and Consumer Vulnerability Incentive (SECV) are intended to encourage network companies to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to inform how they plan and run their businesses. This page holds information in relation to the 2019-20 SEI and SECV.
The Panel Report details the scores awarded and feedback from our independent Panel in its assessment of network companies' performance under the 2019-20 SEI (for electricity and gas transmission owners as well as gas distribution network companies), and the SECV (for electricity distribution network operators).
