extend the definition of Metered Data within the Non Half Hourly market so that it included agreed estimated meter readings relating to a change of Supplier. This estimate would constitute a "fallback", to be used where no valid actual meter readings existed.Ofgem issued this decision letter on 26 May 2005, approving P183 for implementation.
