NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 10 August 2017, an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to Oreba Energy Supply Limited (company number 10769313) whose registered office is situated at Utilihouse, East Terrace, Euxton Lane, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 6TE, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic and domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
