Open Letter - Payments received after Renewables Obligation (RO) late payment deadline

This open letter concerns Ofgem’s proposed approach to recycling payments received after the RO late payment deadline, with a particular focus on years in which mutualisation is triggered. The opportunity to submit views on these proposals closed on 27 March 2020.
