Open letter consultation on our minded to position for managing the customer satisfaction incentive in RIIO-GD1 for the RIIO-GD2 trial period. This letter also provides an update on several elements of the RIIO-GD2 customer satisfaction incentive following our RIIO-2 Sector Specific Methodology Decision.
