Following a review we commissioned PwC to undertake on the current status of the prgramme, we have determined the best way to increase the prospects of successful programme delivery is to take forward the following actions:
- We are taking on the overall sponsorship of the end-to-end programme.
- We have given PwC a new mandate to provide a day-to-day integrated project management function.
- We have expanded PwC’s independent assurance role to include Xoserve’s preparations as well as shippers.
