NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 14 November 2016 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Glenmuckloch Pumped Storage Hydro Limited (company number SC522520) whose registered office is situated at Suite F3, Clyde View, Riverside Business Park, 22 Pottery Street, Greenock, PA15 2UZ, United Kingdom, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
