Gas Performance Assurance Framework: Remedy Implementation

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA)’s energy market investigation concluded in June 2016 following a referral by Ofgem in 2014.  The CMA set out a package of remedies to address problems it found in the energy market. The CMA recommended Ofgem take appropriate steps to ensure that a gas performance assurance framework is established within a year of the CMA’s final report.  This letter is a notification of actions we have taken to implement the Gas Performance Assurance Framework (PAF) remedy.
