NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE
Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 25 November 2021 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Foxglove Energy Supply Limited (company number 09689035) whose registered office is situated at 16 North Mills, Frog Island, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE3 5DL, United Kingdom, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
