Electrade S.p.A. - Notice of Grant of a Gas Shipper Licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE

Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 29 May 2014 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to Electrade S.p.A. (company number 03294530245) whose registered office is situated at 36061 Bassano del Grappa (VI), Via Campo Marzio, 42, Italy, authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
