Dyce Energy Limited - Notice of grant of a restriction to an electricity supply licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF A RESTRICTION TO AN ELECTRICITY SUPPLY LICENCE



The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 30 June 2021 a restriction to an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(4) of the Act to Dyce Energy Limited (company number 09995796) whose registered office is situated at B3 Patrick Tobin Business Park Bolton Road, Wath-Upon-Dearne, Rotherham, S63 7LL, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises situated in Schedule 1 (below).
