Decision on Modifications to NGET’s Special Licence Conditions 1A and 7D to enable NGET to recover costs in relation to Electricity Market Reform from consumers

Following our Notice on 7 July 2014 to modify Special Condition 1A (Definitions and Interpretations) and Special Condition 7D (Arrangements for the recovery of SO uncertain costs) to the Electricity Transmission Licence held by NGET, we received one representation by NGET on 22 July 2014.
The representation highlighted four minor referencing and format changes to Special Condition 7D which have now been corrected.
The modification is due to to take effect on and from 17 October 2014
