DECC - Capacity Market Rules change proposal 2

This submission proposes to amend Rule 3.5.5 to allow applicants in respect of both existing and prospective generating CMUs to elect to utilise the TEC/CEC ratio methodology under Rule 3.5.5 to determine Connection Capacity.
