This open letter to Elexon confirms their role in the current Market-wide Half-hourly Settlement (MHHS) Development Phase, setting out the work package we have agreed with them. The letter also includes a request to Elexon, as the Chair and technical lead of the Architecture Working Group (AWG), to carry out the planning needed for the post AWG work phase. This will allow us to build a robust transition timetable, inclusive of all further stages of design required, which will provide further detail and certainty to industry on what is required during transition.
