NOTICE UNDER SECTION 6A(5) OF THE ELECTRICITY ACT 1989 OF THE GRANT OF AN ELECTRICITY GENERATION LICENCE
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 8 January 2016 an electricity generation licence was granted under section 6(1)(a) of the Act to Beinneun Wind Farm Limited (company number 07661372) whose registered office is situated at 10 West Street, Alderley Edge, Cheshire, SK9 7EG, UNITED KINGDOM, authorising it to generate electricity in the area specified in Schedule 1 for the purpose of giving a supply to any premises or enabling a supply to be so given.
