RIIO stands for revenue = incentives + innovation + outputs. This price control began on 1 April 2015 and runs for eight years, to 2023.
This report reviews the activities of electricity distribution operators in the second year of RIIO-ED1. It also covers company progress in the first two years of RIIO-ED1 and company forecasts for the remainder of the eight-year period.
It reviews company performance on the outputs we set and the costs incurred against allowed revenues. It also provides the impact on customer bills.
