This letter explains our minded to position to change the Gas Distribution Networks (GDNs) Fuel Poor Network Extension Scheme connections targets for RIIO-GD1.
We seek your views on the revised connection targets and adjustment to allowed expenditure we are proposing to make to enable the additional connections.
