Our annual window for accepting change proposals to the Capacity Market (CM) Rules closed on 15 January 2016.
We received 70 proposals, which can now be viewed in our search tool: Capacity Market Rules Change Proposals.
Our search tool allows you to filter the proposals by date, organisation, area and reference number. This year’s proposals are numbered from CP92 to CP161. If you have any questions or feedback on the search tool, then please get in touch.
Our consultation on potential changes to the CM Rules, which we published on 19 November 2015, is also now closed. We received 19 responses in total. The non-confidential responses are now online.
What happens now?
We are now analysing the proposals and consultation responses we've received and will consult on our conclusions and the draft rules changes in spring 2016. Final changes to the rules will be implemented before the 2016 T-4 pre-qualification round. Proposals submitted after 15 January 2016 are being held for later consideration, before the 2017 T-4 pre-qualification round, unless they are urgent.
