NESO has requested that Ofgem consider the asset classification for following the revised network design as part of the Holistic Network Design Follow Up Exercise (HNDFUE) collaborative exercise.
Our response describes the regulatory framework and relevant publications used in making our determination of the resulting classifications for assets relating to HNDFUE transmission infrastructure.
