In December 2014 we published our decisions on the implementation of the Discretionary Funding Mechanism under the Low Carbon Networks Fund (LCNF).
This letter provides further guidance to the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) for the LCNF - First Tier Portfolio Reward (FTPR) application. This is in accordance with paragraph 2.3 of the LCNF Governance Document.
