This document announces that following a licence amendment allowing Ofgem to make a direction that suspends the 28 day rule, subject to conditions - the direction has been made, and so the trial is now in operation. It sets out the final terms of the direction, and explains how it has changed in the light of responses to Ofgems March consultation.
