Modification of special condition C8E of National Grid Gas plc’s gas transporter licence

The Authority has directed changes to be made to National Grid Gas’s (NGG) transporter licence. The licence modifications are necessary to enable NGG to recover revenue from making incremental capacity available at the existing exit point at Gilwern.
