Modification of the gas transporter licence under section 23 of the Gas Act 1986

This Section 23 decision modifies NGG's gas transporter licence in respect of enabling the licensee to offer revised baselines and have a higher operational buy-back target cost following our decision made on 30 May 2008 (see Ref 72/08)
