Gwynt y Môr OFTO plc - Direction under paragraph 10 of Amended Standard Condition E12-J4

This document outlines the Authority’s decision that a busbar failure at Gwynt y Môr in July 2015 was caused by an exceptional event.  It also provides the reasons for this decision and the adjustment we have made to the licensee’s reported system incentive performance under the availability incentive.
