This document is Ofgem's second Annual Review of its Environmental Action Plan (EAP), published in August 2001. This document reviews Ofgems work over the past year in the light of significant developments, the most important of which is the publication in February 2003 of the Governments Energy White Paper which defines a strategic vision for the UKs energy policy over the next 20 years and beyond.
