Blue Transmission London Array Limited - Decision on exceptional event claim

This document outlines the Authority's decision that failures at London Array OFTO on the 8 and 15 June 2021 were caused by an exceptional event. It also provides the reasons for this decision and the adjustment we have made to the licensee's reported system incentive performance under the availability incentive.
