Following a request from National Grid ESO and Elexon, in accordance with Article 4(8) of the Transparency Regulation as amended, the Authority approves the Balancing Mechanism Reporting Service (BMRS) as a ‘reporting service’, as defined in Article 4(7) of the Transparency Regulation. The reasons for this decision are set out in the attached letter.
