On 10 May 2023, National Grid Viking Link Limited (NGVLL) submitted Access Rules and a Charging Methodology for the Viking Link interconnector to the Authority for approval.
We have decided to approve the Access Rules and the Charging Methodology on the basis that we are satisfied that both documents achieve the relevant objectives as required under NGVLL’s Electricity Interconnector Licence. The relevant Directions approving the Access Rules and the Charging Methodology can be found in Annexes 1 and 2 of this letter.
The approved Access Rules and Charging Methodology will be published on NGVLL’s website for a period of 28 days prior to their coming into effect.
