Smart DCC Ltd (DCC) has requested a reduced Notice period in respect of an additional amendment to the Charging Statement for Regulatory Year ending 31 March 2024 (RY23/24) to increase the monthly Fixed Charges.
We consented to the reduced Notice period of 21 days on the basis that DCC proposed to amend the charges to take into account updated SECCo and Alt HAN Co budgets, and so DCC customers benefit from the proposed amendments to the Charging Statement as they will be billed accurately and charges will be spread more evenly across the Regulatory Year.
