BTG Pactual Commodities (Switzerland) S.A. - Notice of grant of a gas shipper licence

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 7B(9)(c) OF THE GAS ACT 1986 OF THE GRANT OF A GAS SHIPPER LICENCE

Pursuant to section 7B(9)(c) of the Gas Act 1986 (“the Act”), the Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice that on 1 August 2014 a gas shipper licence was granted under section 7A(2) of the Act to BTG Pactual Commodities (Switzerland) S.A. (company number CH-660-2.045.013-7) whose registered office is situated at Route de Pre-Bois 29, World Trade Center II, 1216 Cointrin, Meyrin, Switzerland authorising it to arrange with any gas transporter for gas to be introduced into, conveyed by means of, or taken out of a pipe-line system operated by that transporter.
