This amendment reinserts texts to the Balancing and Settlement Code (BSC) Section W ('Trading Disputes') Clause 1.3.1, that was removed on 23 July 2021 under BSC modification proposal P420. This is to ensure that the Trading Disputes process under the BSC operates as intended.
The Authority has approved this modification and decided that it should take retrospective effect from 1 September 2021.
