Revised standards of performance arrangements for electricity distributors - Consultation on the draft Statutory Instrument for Guaranteed Standards and revocation of the Overall Standards of Performance

This document and its annexes constitute statutory consultation on Ofgems proposals regarding both the revised regulations and a direction required to revoke the overall standards for electricity distributors. Ofgem invites representations regarding its proposals. A notice under section 40B of the Electricity Act 1989 (the Act) and the draft regulations are set out in Annex A. A notice under section 107 of the Act of the proposals to revoke the overall standards for electricity distributors and a draft revocation direction are set out in Annex B.
