Decision:
This letter consults on minor changes to the governance arrangements for parts of the RIIO Innovation Stimulus. We are proposing a number of minor changes to the Network Innovation Competition (NIC) Governance Documents. While we expect to make minor changes to the NIC Governance Documents we are not proposing any substantive clarifications of the Network Innovation Allowance Governance document.
