We received an application for an electricity distribution licence from UK Power Distribution Ltd on 9 March 2015.

This notice sets out our proposal to modify the electricity distribution licence that we are minded to grant to UK Power Distribution Ltd, so that it contains all of the conditions relevant to independent (electricity) distribution network operators (IDNOs), but excludes the conditions that are only relevant to larger incumbent distribution network operators (DNOs).
