Decision:
This notice explains our proposed changes to the Network Innovation Allowance (NIA) Governance Document. This notice is issued under a number of licence conditions, these are: Special Condition 2E of the Gas Transporters Licence for National Grid Transmission; Special Condition 1H of the Gas Transporters Licence for Distribution Network Operators; Special Condition 3H of the Electricity Transmission Licence; and Charge Restriction Condition 2H of the Electricity Distribution Licence.
