Decision:
Special Condition 1F of the Gas Transporter Licence allows gas distributors to propose amendments to the gas price used to calculate their shrinkage allowance. National Grid Gas Distribution have made such a request. We are minded to accept the request and are seeking stakeholders views on our minded to position.
